This is the official agreement between “You” and Ferdinand Kacler.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or else using the Fonts,
you are agreeing to the terms of this EULA. 🙏

🆎 Recurring words and definitions

“You” are the entity or organisation on whose behalf the Fonts are used, or whose name is specified during the purchase process and the final invoice.
“Fonts” are the computer software containing type designs (single font weights or a whole typeface).
“License Type” is the type of the license provided to You according to the one, You have purchased.

✅ You can:

Unless otherwise stated in this EULA & based on the purchased License Type, You are allowed to download, install and use the Fonts on unlimited devices on your behalf.
You may create one copy of the Fonts for archive or backup purposes.
Based on the nature of commercial licenses, you are permitted to promote yourself with work where Fonts are in use, unless you have purchased License Type „Personal“ where the self-promotion is allowed only in non-revenue circumstances.
If not specified in the Fonts licenses, there are no time based nor geographical limitations.

❌ You cannot:

You may not share, sell, let someone use, rent, sublicense, transfer, give away, or further distribute the Fonts to any unlicensed third-party. You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the font against unauthorised access and use by third-parties or the general public.
You may not use the Fonts as a tool or resource wherein an unlicensed third-party can create custom designs or export static documents (e.g., logos, books, posters, social-media posts, books, prints), or as a part of NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
You may not deconstruct, modify, reverse-engineer, reformat, alter, edit, or create derivative works of the Fonts, or engage any third party to do so without prior written permission from Ferdinand Kacler.
The use of the Fonts in any generally discriminatory, hateful, oppressive, violent, or environmentally destructive context is expressly prohibited.
